This is a programme specifically tailored to new mums. As a post-natal specialist I have the knowledge that allows you to safely start or restart your exercise regime with the confidence that you are doing the correct exercises for your body.

After the joys of pregnancy and meeting your child for the first time, many of my clients find their attention focused on the effect this fantastic moment in their life has had on their body. It can feel like a long way back to that pre baby body, so where to start?

I will tailor a programme for you that will enable you to achieve your goals in a safe and effective manner while increasing your motivation.

With the main aim to get you back into your pre baby jean or bikini with confidence.

Remember, it takes 9 months to create a baby and it will take 9-12 months to get back to full fitness/shape.

 

Junior: This package is a 12 week package

  •  Initial consultation (including goal setting, fitness assessment & body analysis) this is where we can map your road to fitness.
  •           A one-to-one training sessions per week. (12 sessions over 12 weeks)
  • 12 Week Post Natal Specific training plan
  •           12 Baby Weight Nutrition Guide
  • Nutrition & Measurement Follow Up at Week 3, 6 & 9

Baby Boom: This package is a 12 week package to speed up the results that you want.

  • Initial consultation (including goal setting, fitness assessment & body analysis) this is where we can map your road to fitness.
  • 2 one-to-one training sessions per week. (24 sessions over 12 weeks)
  • 12 Week Post Natal Specific training plan
  • 12 Baby Weight Nutrition Guide
  • Long term education on the effects of metabolism, nutrition and training
  • Nutrition & Measurement Follow Up at Week 3,6 & 9

Cost 8,050

 

Raising Arizona: This package is ideal if you want to see results quicker and perhaps returning to work sooner.

  • Initial consultation (including goal setting, fitness assessment & body analysis) this is where we can map your road to fitness.
  • 3 one-to-one training sessions per week. (24 sessions over 12 weeks)
  • 12 Week Post Natal Specific training plan
  • 12 Baby Weight Nutrition Guide
  • Long term education on the effects of metabolism, nutrition and training
  • Nutrition & Measurement Follow Up at Week 3,6,8,10 & 12

The programme should be started 8 weeks after the birth unless you have had a C section or complications, a GP sign off is required before exercise.  Always consult your GP before starting a new exercise programmes
